I think my only real beef is with the interface and the skins. There are loads of template customisations available and for that the developer should be congratulated. Good to see Lignup take such a keen and active interest in helping their users and accommodating their wishes. Clearly the dev has given a lot of attention to detail, with more refinements to come. My impressions so far are that it's a very good piece of useful software. It installed extremely smoothly on Win7 x32 and registration was easy. It needs just a small size adjustment to fit perfectly. I'm using it reasonably comfortably on my basic HP netbook. It has seriously simplified keeping track of my movies, and the other collection options seemed to be just as in depth. The software is great, and I doubt 70% of you are using WindowsXP(圆4), lol. That being said, I have toyed with the software most of the day, and don't see how it could possibly have only received 30% positive. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I would love to know if any other people have had issues with this software's compatibility with WindowsXP(圆4). I believe it may be a C++ issue, but have not had time to fully diagnose it as of yet. These issues are more of an inconvenience than anything else. It worked like a champ on Windows7, but had some graphical difficulties on WindowsXP(圆4). I tested this software on Windows7(圆4) and on WindowsXP(圆4). I would also appreciate the ability to resize the windows to suite my needs and taste. Also, while there is an "On Loan" option for the item, I would also like to see a "Loaned Out" option as well. I have to use the defects section to keep track of who I have lent a movie to, something which I would like to see get it's own slot. I use the category to tell me what shelf to find it on.Īs far as what I would change. I can keep track of what I have, what condition it is in, what format it is in, and what I still want to ad to the collection. Having over 300 movies in my collection, this software is actually quite handy to me.
